Our promise to you as a valued customer is to deal with your order promptly and courteously. We will send you the goods as ordered but please bear in mind that all of our products are genuinely hand made and as such may vary slightly to the picture shown. We will of course be happy to refund or exchange any purchases that you are not 100% delighted with. Please return goods to us with a full description of your reason for returning. If your goods are damaged/defective in any way and it is deemed to be our fault we will refund your postage costs. We promise to deal with any concerns or queries regarding your order quickly and efficiently and in a fair manner.
The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the time of your order. We do not currently charge VAT. The price of the goods does not include delivery. Delivery charges are as set out below and will be calculated and added to your order upon checkout. Price and availability information is subject to change without prior notice.

Other methods of payment are Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Kettler's Cottage Crafts.
Dispatch: Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is despatched within 3 working days, subject to events that are beyond our reasonable control. You will be notified imediately if any problems occur with processing your order.
If your ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and despatch your order as soon as possible thereafter. You will always be e-mailed with an option to cancel or change this order should you wish.
Delivery: We generally use Royal Mail delivery services in the UK. Small packages are usually delivered in 1 -3 working days, parcels usually take between 3-5 working days.
We also use specialist couriers, depending on the service level required or requested. Please enquire separately about this if you have a large order or require next day delivery.
Please note that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties (including Royal Mail or any mailing or courier service)
Order value up to £9.99 = £2.50
Order value £10 to £24.99 = £3.50
Order value £25 to £74.99 = £5.00
Order value over £75 = No charge
Depending on weight we may have to make a surcharge for certain deliveries to the Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands. We will email or telephone you to confirm before we despatch the order.
We do not currently ship outside the UK.
You will receive an invoice for your order via email and also enclosed with your order as confirmation.
Data Protection We will require you to input personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number and product selections in order to process your order. We promise to keep your personal details private and use them solely for the purpose of trading with Kettler’s Cottage Crafts.
